Centenary Social Events There will be a number of traditional social events based around section and inter club matches during the year. Golf Week Finale - This will provide the finishing touch to our early June week of Golf and will be built around the fiercely contested "Wildlife Shield" members golf tournament. The aim is to widen the enjoyment to non-golfers and encourage family groups to join in the celebrations. During the day of 5th June 2010 we plan to have fun games plus other activities culminating in a barbecue, jazz band and a truly spectacular firework display finale - not to be missed!!!
Centenary Party
The Centenary Dinner - This is the occasion when we mark Sandy Lodge's place in British golf. It will be a celebration formal black-tie dinner held in the clubhouse on 16th October 2010 at which guests from other clubs and the top levels of UK golfing "establishment" will share with members a grand finale to the club's calendar of social events to acknowledge our past and launch us into our second, equally successful hundred years.
